Well we've decided, we're definitely going to go in May - hopefully 4th - 24th - just got to book the flights - accommodation shouldn't be too hard to find!
Anyone else planning to be there then??? _________________ feathersonline

Wow... getting to meet the 'Management'...bow, (word removed), bow... tug forelock etc...
Seriously Karen. As soon as we get our flights booked, we'll definitely arrange a meet up... Unless of course you're too busy at the Disney parks..! _________________ feathersonline

Well, we've got 2 tickets sort off booked!! Thanks to Virgins wonderful website and i must say, very helpful help desk...
We thought we'd take up their offer of 20% off tickets paid for by airmiles or whatever they call them - so, all we needed was 40000 miles each plus £123 taxes - so we try to buy the extra miles we need - 5000 each - £90 each on the website - Helen's went through fine, but mine didn't - got a confirmation number, but the miles purchased have disappeared into the ether - the girl at the help desk can't find them either...
She's reserved us 2 seats for our dates until Tuesday night, by which time she hopes they can find the missing miles... and issue us with proper tickets...
So, Craig & Karen (and Libby) looks like we will get the chance to meet up in May... _________________ feathersonline

I usually get a girlie week with my sister-in-law.............................I mean..........housekeeping week in May, but unfortunately it is not to be this year with me residing in Oman!! Oh how I could do with a fix of the parks, Premium Outlets..................and even Walmart at this stage. Weather is beautiful here at the minute, 30 degrees today so we are spoiled............but I pine for Florida. You lucky things. Hope your flights get sorted Feathers, I'm sure they will.
Cheers.

We're nearly always in FL. in May every year, but it's a landmark
birthday for my sister in law in Orlando, so we decided to go in June and celebrate with her.
I really like May 'cos the weather is just right. Around mid eighties with low humidity, and not too busy normally. Our trip in June is right in the middle of school half term this year so likely to be busy.
Hope you have a great time in May. _________________ Kevin |

Thanks for asking Feathers. The temperature is, on average about 30 degrees each day. It shot up from 25 to 30 in one day, so the sudden change in temperature can catch you out!! Temperatures are expected to rise to around 45 degrees in June and push up to 50 in the Summer months, when, hopefully, we will retreat to Ireland once school finishes. One definately could not live without Air Con and Showers
Cheers.

Well at least you won't have to worry about any sudden temperature changes over here..................

Have to get together and go for something to eat, drink, whatever!

We both love the heat, but don't know if we could cope with that...! _________________ feathersonline
