Has anyone managed to get a table at Seasons 52? We've heard good reviews about the place, but when we went there was a wait of 90 minutes, so we went somewhere else instead!!

If it's worth it, we'll phone in advance and make a reservation next time...

We have managed (by some miracle ) to avoid the excess baggage charges.

We bring a shocking amount home everytime, but if customs ask, we brought it all on holiday with us! No, we only spent £150, honestly!

We paid excess baggage on the WAY OUT last time Embarassed
"The Management" has a problem with this. She doesn't understand that the suitcases travel in the same plane as us and the weight has to be kept down. (She thought that a special 747 was following behind for the luggage.... well HER luggage actually!).
Thought we had solved the problem a couple of years ago when her sister in Orlando said "why don't you leave some of your clothes etc. here in the walk in wardrobe, then you won't need to bring so much"
Net result..... her walk - in looks like an Oxfam shop, my wife and mother in law can't remember what they have left, so duplicate everything - - and we paid £18 excess at Newcastle before starting off last October!! Shocked

We have a list of everything we leave at the condo, so we travel out with virtually empty suitcases!! Only problem this time is because we're going to Vegas first, everything we need will be in Florida... Crying or Very sad

Thats a first...excess bagage on the way out!

We leave lots out there, and bring an empty case inside another one. Every bit of space on the way back seems to be used up.

When the four of us were there in October we just managed to avoid excess baggage by juggling between cases and between us we counted 11 pieces of hand luggage... Embarassed

Not sure if it is just me or have I totally lost the PLOT!!!

I thought we were talking about eating out, it was with reference to the extra food I would be eating that I was implying I would weigh extra, causing the excess baggage so to speak. Shocked

Goodness knows how you all managed to get from food to shopping. I am known for being a bit slow sometimes though. Confused Confused

The strange thing is normally on this forum other topics manage to work around to food and not away from it!

I think we get distracted too easily!

Just to try and pull this one back on course (only because I want to know).

Where and what is Seasons 52. It must be pretty good if there are always these long waits.

What sort of food do they specialise in? I do love food!!!

I am always looking for something new to try, and find the range and quality of food in the Disney area to be great.

When we last visited with our friends, one of them JIM, is a very picky eater, and we were even able to keep him happy for the two weeks. There really is something for everyone.

Tucked away in a shopping center (ah, back to shopping again!), and not too easy to spot from the main road...
